We are made up of a team of clinically trained herbalists and healthcare practitioners who work to support the body’s inherent drive towards wellness. We operate under the approach of “do no harm”, and provide care in the form of first aid and wound care, as well as respiratory, immune, nervous system and digestive support.

We all know the feeling of having a hot cup of herbal tea when we are tired, sick, or grieving. It is such a simple yet powerful way to relax and take a moment to nourish yourself and others. Beyond this dependable and easy method of care, holistic wellness can support in so many ways: from dealing with small first aid situations to helping boost immunity in the midst of challenging circumstances, having access to herbs and nutritive foods with the support of holistic practitioners can really help get us through the hardest of times.
